Gigworkpro is a B2B platform that facilitates the booking of monthly subscriptions to coworking spaces in Romania. We do not own the physical spaces, but act as an intermediary between users and partner operators.
The user undertakes to provide accurate data during the registration process and to comply with the internal regulations of each coworking space. Any behavior that affects the safety or comfort of others may lead to account suspension.
Gigworkpro is not responsible for incidents occurring in partner spaces, but undertakes to mediate any disputes related to billing or service quality. Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid for the current month.
Under no circumstances shall Gigworkpro be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruptions caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of repeated violations of the terms, without refunding the value of subscriptions already used.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, and continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
